I have nothing but praise for ATS Acoustics. My order of 11, 2’ X 4’ panels arrived much sooner than anticipated and the shipping to Alaska was a real deal! Fit & finish was professional. The absorptive quality of the panels was so much greater than my existing foam panels that I may take the foam panels down. My listening room is 13’ X 14’ which makes for tightly spaced room modes. These panels really helped to smooth out the sound & enable me to obtain that ’’you are there’’ feeling when watching movies. Thanks ATS. - Mark from Anchorage, Alaska

Once I installed 10 panels I regretted not buying them sooner because the improvement to the room was immediate. The front and rear walls are low so I placed two 2’x4’x2’’ panels behind the front speakers and did the same for the rear. I also placed three 2’x4’x2’’ panels on both of the side walls. I put on a reference CD and my wife couldn’t believe that the sound was only from the front speakers. Watching a movie in 5.1 surround is a whole new experience! Your panels are affordable, very solid and I didn’t need an engineering degree to install them. I will be purchasing more in the future because the room is just too big. Thank you again! - Kurt from Evans, Georgia

I’d like to thank ATS for the great job they are doing in providing high quality panels at very affordable prices. I own Mountain High Sound & Vision and I am now recommending ATS panels to all my clients who are doing home theaters or media rooms with me. I can’t say enough good things about these panels. My own theater consists of 6 2x2 panels and 15 2x4 panels and the difference they’ve made is remarkable, clients who’ve seen my theater before and after the panel install have commented on how much clearer the sound is, vocals are more pronounced, bass is richer and the room more subdued in reflections. When clients notice it’s a huge statement for the manufacturer. - Robert from Montrose, Colorado

I purchased 9 panels and placed them through out my media room. The difference they made was anything short of incredible. My order was prompt and the panels were very easy to install. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to greatly improve their home theater system. - Christian from Corinth, Texas

I received my (10) 2’ x 2’ x 2’’ and (2) 2’ x 4’ x 4’’ panels last night. Eager to hear the effect they would have on my room, I distributed them around the perimeter just leaning against the walls. Wow! I regret having waited to purchase these panels. Bass response is greatly improved with much smoother presentation across the low frequencies. Everything is ’’warmer’’ sounding, dialog is clear, imaging is improved on stereo recordings, and the system seems louder at a lower volume than before. I had considered Auralex, Ready Acoustics, and other products. These panels from ATS, with one of the designer fabric choices, look fantastic and are of very high quality for a fair price. Five stars across the board. I will send photos soon. - Don from Aurora, Colorado

I used 8- 2x4x2 panels in my 11x9 recording space. These things made a dramatic difference in reducing sound reflections. The mounting system that comes with them is nice if you don’t want the panels to be disturbed once mounted. But I just hung them on the walls like pictures. Simple. Plus, they were about 50% less than the other brands. I especially liked the FedEx tracking system. I knew exactly when to expect delivery. Well done, ATS. - BG from Los Angeles, California

This is a great company to work with. We ordered burlap fabric and had it fire treated as well. Built our own panels for our new church building - actually, it is a very old buidling constructed from brick and concrete. Constructed the panels from wood, filled with Owens Corning 705 and covered with the burlap fabric in Wine color. They look great and did a great job of removing the echo and reflections in the room. The fabric is exactly what we needed. - Kevin from Fort Wayne, Indiana

Great addition to my media room. They really helped to improve the bass & overall sound quality of the room and reduced echo/reverb. They are also pleasing to the eye as well! Outstanding product ATS!!!!, and I spent a lot less that I thought I would have too! - Derrick from Murphy, Texas

What a difference! Aesthetically the room feels warmer. Acoustically it plays more naturally. It is a paradox to experience that within parameters, the more you do to ’’deaden’’ the room...the more ’’alive’’ the source sounds. Bass muddiness has been greatly reduced in movie mode...and the musical sound stage is phenomenal. Make no mistake about it, with the right room and the right equipment and the proper treatments...you can hear a difference. Thanks ATS. These things are great. They’re effective, and they add a nice look to the room too. All in all, a great addition to my studio. The room is noticabaly less reflective and it’s much easier to hear the positional imaging of instruments in a mix. - Jim from Reno, Nevada

These panels are excellent, and at a very reasonable price. Installation was a little tedious but nothing complicated. I found if you take little snips of insulated 20ga wire you can fit those in the space where the wall and panel clip meet, and make small adjustments if you need to level a panel. The panels are very effective acoustically. I had an HT installer who provided most of my new components and did some room equalization with regards to speaker placement. I showed him the ATS website and he noted the specs on the panels is virtually the same for ones costing easily 2 or 3 times the price. I was a little surprised to see a couple of the ’designer samples’ from ATS seemed to be cloth that would block any audio from going through to the absorbent material. I had to really reach to find that negative for an otherwise great deal on improving your room acoustics from a company that ships fasts and is very responsive to customers. I will forward some photos in the near future! - Dale from Clovis, California

I have 6 2x4 2" panels on each side wall at the first reflection point, and 6 on the rear wall. They made a dramatic difference, and in fact were what enabled me to upgrade my sound system to the Wilson Maxx2 speakers. Without them, my room acoustics just weren’t suitable for high-end audio use. Best regards, - Mark from Nashville, Tennessee

The ATS acoustic panels have been excellent! We have 2 medium sized control rooms used for sound design and ATS was able to treat both rooms for a fraction of the cost of the other acoustic treatment manufacturers. The panels we are using include: 8 2x4x2, 9 2x4x4, and 12 2x2x2 per room. Using 2 2x4x4 panels stacked in each corner tightened up the low end dramatically. The 2x4x2 and 2x2x2 panels were staggered on the walls to eliminate standing waves. The construction of the panels was solid and they look great as well. I highly recommend these guys for both home and studio....you wont find a better value. Thanks Mark Gearbox Software - Mark from plano, Texas

Sirs: This is belated thanks. I purchased a pair of rather large studio monitors for my smallest room several years ago. The results were disastrous and the speakers were unlistenable. After extensive research on room treatments on the web, I decided to order 11 2’x4’x4’’ and 2 2’x2’x4’’ panels. The results were dramatic. I have been more than happy with the sound of my speakers for the past several years and have since recommended your products to several others. Are acoustic treatments worth it? You bet! These are the biggest bang for buck improvements that you can make for your system. If you can get this past the wife. Do it! - Kwing from Chicago, Illinois

We have just completed our theater using 44 feet of the bulk burlap. Actually, because we did the room in a two-tone color it is more like 88 feet. I wanted to create a space that both tweaked the acoustics of the room as well as felt warm and authentic like a movie theater. We knew we would be putting fabric on the walls, but what to use and where it would come from were a bit of a mystery. Quite by accident, I came across ATS Acoustics’ website and bulk fabric. We loved colors and the 56 inch wide rolls would be nearly perfect for the room - chair rail divides the two colors at the midpoint. I decided that sticking the burlap directly to the sheetrock wouldn’t give me the effect I was looking for. As a feat of physics and engineering, plus a bit of luck walking through Lowe’s one day, I saw rolls of flooring underlayment. This comes in various forms, but one of them resembled a fuzz-less, flannel blanket. I peeled off the plastic backing and spray mounted the underlayment to the sheetrock. I then stapled the burlap at the top, middle, and bottom - staples in the middle are hidden by the chair rail. The result: A totally immersive home theater that so closely resembles a movie theater in both look, feel, and touch(!) that you actually forget you are in a basement. I will send photos soon. - Scott from Saratoga, New York

I have recently recieved my ATS Acoustic panels. I must say that they work far and above better than panels that I have payed three times the price for. I am getting ready to order more after seeing the workmanship. I will be completing all my sound absorption & proofing with yours and only your products. Thanks again, Larry Franks - Lawrence from Covina, California
