I purchased a 24x48 acoustic panel. It was so warped that it could not be hung. ATS quickly sent me another panel at no cost. Now I have 2 panels that are both warped, and cannot be hung. ![]() We found that ATS was extremely helpful in determining the type and amount of panels that we needed to solve the problem that we were having with our worship center. We faced a number of difficult and complex problems with our worship center. One was the slap and echo that we were getting off of the front wall. It created a variable sound effect to the ear of those who were listening in the audience thus giving us a very muddy and unclear sound. The second problem was just the amount of noise that the instruments were giving off on the platform that was being reflected and amplified by the front wall and then the back wall. After consulting with ATS, we were able to treat our front wall with sound panels that were not only effective in treating theses problems but flexible enough to fit our space. Because of the varied sizes that ATS offered we were able to treat our space including the ceiling without having to have custom panels made which kept the cost reasonable. I would highly recommend ATS for your sound control needs. ![]() I work for a company that supplies and maintains electrical equipment to the state utilities. My territory is Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas and East Texas.....so shortly after I sent you that email I was off to New Orleans to coordinate our restoration efforts for Hurricane Issac. I just returned Monday, so did not get all of your correspondence. (My business partner did but didn’t think it was important enough to tell me about considering the circumstances). I must tell you that I’m absolutely stunned and overjoyed at the level of customer service ATS provides their customers. The fact that you replaced the damaged panel at your own expense reminds me of the "old days" when customer service meant something. It sure does to me!! I really was not expecting you to do that, I thought you might make a suggestion on how to prevent further damage and a possibly a little cosmetic repair. I put up the new panel last night and per your earlier request will send you some pictures shortly. Along with the grey panels I got from you earlier, they have improved my sound quality dramatically and the "Austin Wine" panel is the absolute centerpiece of the room. I wish all American companies shared your values. I thank you profusely, Cynthia,on a personal level for all your help, professionalism, and ATS in general for making a good product for reasonable prices and allowing their employees to show what the spirit of good business and customer service is all about. The children were telling us that it does not echo anymore when they scream. Several teachers were very pleased, and they look great.
